Preoccupation: Photography, my family, running, historical biographies, The Ramones.

What is a perfect day in your town? Chilling, slacking, relaxing.

If someone was visiting, what must they do? Go to the beach.

What and where is a perfect meal in the place you call home? Verve Coffee in the morning. Mexican-American food at any of the many local taquerias.

What is the best thing about your spot? Warm winters, cool summers.

What is the worst? Drug related crime, gang activity.

A little known fact about where you live? Alfred Hitchcock purchased a ranch in the Santa Cruz mountains in September 1940. Even though he kept his Bel Air home, the ranch in Santa Cruz became his primary residence for the rest of his life.

Where is your favorite place in the world? Maui.
