Place your Instagrams were taken? Oregon Coast (day trip from Portland)

Can you sum up the Oregon Coast? It is so unique and incredibly Magical. The Oregon Coast has one of the most unique coastlines I’ve ever seen. Some highlights are the sea stacks of Cape Kiwanda and Cannon Beach to the 30 plus miles of sand dunes. Bandon, Oregon is a hot spot for activity and has beach unlike any other with driftwood and sea stacks of all shapes and sizes. Far to the south is Samuel H Boardman Scenic Corridor which is like another planet. There are natural arches carved out from the waves and hikes that go on forever. Far north there is even a deteriorating shipwreck.

If the Oregon Coast was a person who would it be? I would have to say Tara from United States of Tara because at it has so many different personalities and an ever changing seascape.

How long have you been using Instagram? I’ve had Instagram since 2011 but I used it like everyone else for a long time pictures of everyday activities. It wasn’t until 2014 that I started using it to showcase my phootography

Do you shoot with your phone or other cameras or both? Both

What is your editing process? Everything I shoot goes through a color correction process in Lightroom and thats it. Most of my phone photos on get edited in VSCO, especially if im traveling, as I dont typically take a laptop with me.

Has Instagram affected how you shoot? I would say it has because its helped me find different points of view.

Can you give a couple tips to aspiring Instagram photographers? Shoot as much as you can. Put yourself in places you might not see a lot of photos.
