A perfect day in Madrid? A rainy and cold Monday, in autumn, nine in the morning, hot double coffe and a new painting to do.
If someone was visiting, what must they do? There are a couple of museums that I think are true treasures here. El Prado and Thyssen Museum. And after that , go to my barrio (neighborhood), Malasaña have a walk, drink some beers and eat something good.
A perfect meal in Madrid? A 1 kg T-bone with red wine in Casa Hortensia (northern food restaurant).
A little known fact about where you live? It is the friendliest city I have ever seen. It’s constantly welcoming.
Where is your favorite place in the world? London, for a city. The Carpathian mountains, for a natural place.
